What factors govern heart health in men?

Among different segments where the health of men deteriorated the most in the last few decades, cardiac health comes at the top. The alarming factor here is that even men in their 30s are facing heart attacks. Some of them are undergoing bypasses and are even recommended to use pacemakers. Naturally, this is something to fear from. Hence, the need of the hour is to know the reasons why men are facing such nuisances.

You have gone through different websites and collected many data and everywhere you are told that there are many factors for the same. We will not say the same. Rather, we will say that there is only one reason for such happening, and the same diversifies to different aspects. So, you need the concept of it. Hence, let us start telling this to you.

Blame is given to fast foods, but is the blameworthy?

Most of the time, the blame for developing heart disorders at a young age is attributed to spicy foods. You also found the mention at different places. There you will find people saying that fast foods add more cholesterol to you and for that, your BP increases, and that mounts on your heart to block it. Yes, they are right but think of a man having his meal at 5 pm in the evening. He delayed the meal for some essential sales meeting or some project submission. Will he find the general meal stuffy enough? Isn’t it natural that he will prefer some spicy elements in his meal at that time?

Sleep issues are also blamed.

Late-night sleep is always blamed for developing cardiac issues at a young age in men. However, 70 percent of the men who sleep late and develop cardiac issues and even issues to take on Cenforce 200 do so for their work completion. So, if someone is wrong here, it is the societal system. This system tells you to work harder to earn more. It says you – you need to earn more for your future.

What to do then?

We know and understand that you are feeling helpless. So, we will not suggest you do something that you again find hectic and boring. Rather we will direct you to do something that creates enthusiasm in you. At least for an hour a day, do that. You will feel much better, removed from stress, and energetic.

Other than that, do mild exercises. Jog with your favourite music on your headphones. Do one or two set push-ups each day. Do that at the start of the day, as otherwise, your work pressure will stop you from finding time for that. And lastly, we will suggest you – have some fresh seasonal fruits each day. All the anomalies you developed from your hectic lifestyle – these fruits will take them away from you.
